These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and delivery of balloon arrangements, flower bouquets, and party decorations from Cancun Holidays, operating at fiestaballoons.store, in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
1. Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. An order is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Delivery
Delivery is available within the Cancún hotel zone (Zona Hotelera) and selected areas of the city. Delivery fees and availability are confirmed at the time of order. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on traffic, weather, and access to the delivery location. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
3. Payment
After placing your order on our website, our team will contact you to confirm payment and delivery details. We accept payment via bank transfer, card, or cash on delivery (subject to availability). Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the confirmed delivery time. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refund is available for orders already prepared or delivered. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. Product Descriptions
Product photos are for illustrative purposes. Colors and styles of balloons or flowers may vary slightly depending on availability. We will always do our best to match your order, and we will notify you if a significant substitution is required.
6. Liability
Balloons contain latex and helium gas. Keep away from children under 8 years old without adult supervision. Do not inhale helium. Cancun Holidays is not liable for any injury, property damage, or allergic reaction arising from the use of our products after delivery.
7. Privacy
